Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sigillumina. Every order is carefully prepared, packed, and dispatched by hand from New Zealand.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, product launches, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If your order is expected to be delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout New Zealand using NZ Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–5 business days
  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days.

Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by NZ Post and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of NZD $5.00 on all New Zealand orders including rural addresses.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time-frame, please contact us at support@sigillumina.com.

We will work with NZ Post to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

We will review the issue as quickly as possible and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
